I had two rings that I’ve had for years and I wanted to update the center stone in one and have the old stone put into a new setting. Carl was able to help me make both of these things happen. This is a long overdue review, Karl the owner of Infinity Diamonds is such an honest, outgoing, caring, and friendly person. I had the best experience with him. My engagement ring and wedding band were priced reasonably and you can tell Karl just isn’t out for your money, he wants to give you what’s best for you for your price range while also giving his professional opinion on what looks best, he truly cares the most about your experience. When it came to the custom wedding band that I designed with Karl for my wife, he went out of his way to make sure that it was perfect and did it in the perfect time. I will continue to recommend people and also continue to buy jewelry from Karl. I recommend anyone to go here for whatever you are looking for. 5 STARS

My wife and I brought in her 32 year old wedding ring that was worn and damaged. Her diamond had fallen out and the band itself was so thin it was in danger of breaking. First off would like to thank Karl Vice for helping me make an amazing engagement ring purchase. He was able to take what I wanted from a few pictures and ideas and turn it into reality. He was able to make the process quick and easy. The ring was also next day delivered! I couldn't have ask for a better experience. I was already nervous about proposing and making such a large purchase but Karl was able ease my mind and can't thank him enough. Would highly recommend if looking for any type of jewelry purchase.

Was in Port Charolette on a business trip and stopped in to look, ended up buying my engagement ring here. This was the first piece of jewelry I've ever really bought in my life, and had been a stressful process over the past few weeks. Atleast it was until I went into Infinity Diamonds. Mr. Vice was professional and welcoming, educating me on what to buy and where value was in the rings. He was incredibly generous on his pricing, and helped work with me to get the ring of my dreams for my now fiancee. I would recommend him to anyone, and will drive 10 hours back down here to continue to give him business in the future.

We had a wonderful experience working with Karl at Infinity Diamonds. My fiancé and I used a family diamond for my engagement ring. We chose Infinity to reset the stone. I have received the most excellent service and care here for my most precious of items. I had my engagement ring impeccably cleaned and appraised, then purchased my wedding band there based off Karl's(the owner), expertise of matching it to the unique design of my engagement ring. I love it! I get so many compliments. The price was hands down the best against many other jewelers, so I was a happy customer from the start! The greatest of comforts however, is that even after a year since my wedding, Karl graciously repaired a lost diamond as if still under warranty and shipped it overnight to me, as I was not able to pick it up in person. He truly understands the value a wedding ring or any sentimental item means to someone. He did everything to ensure I was reunited quickly with my beautiful ring! I cannot recommend this place enough. Truly one of a kind.

I brought my watch in for a battery replacement. They disassembled the watch and checked the battery which indicated a 100% charge. They noticed that one of the battery hold-down straps was loose and repositioned it and tightened it up. The watch now works perfectly. They didn't charge me a dime for the work! Rest assured they will get all my business from now on!!
